it really works. it just takes some minutes to kick in, so use it earlier. No negative effect on erection. I outlasted my wife easily.We dont use it every time, but it is a good one to have when she is in mood to have it longer.

Well its no magic its science. Local anesthesia in small amount. my girlfriend usually came twice before I break, works good for me.
