The balls themselves are only 3" in circumference, including the silicone covering. This makes them about an inch in diameter, which is *significantly* smaller than any other kegel-type balls I've ever seen. (About the size of a half-dollar.) Their small size makes them virtually impossible to feel when walking around, so you will not get the same kind of experience that one usually expects from this kind of toy.
The silicone and clear glass are very easy to clean, and the strap/cord is long, which is convenient for doing kegels with resistance (that is, tightening your muscles around the balls and pulling on the strap). You need relatively strong PC muscles for balls this small to work for you, but if you've been doing kegels or using other, larger balls for some time, these would be helpful for you to increase your results.
